From From 13th to 15th of September within the amazing Russian-Dutch Year of Cooperation Fair of Russian Regional Products will be hold at the Museum Square of Amsterdam.

Main objectives of the Fair

Introduce Russian regional products to the European attendance using new modern approach
2
Create effective platform for business communication between producers from the Russian Federation and product market representatives from Europe
3
Evaluate interest of the retail business representatives, food industry professionals and local residents in Russian products and define the prospects of these products entering the European market.

Event is divided in two parts:

    The Fair at the Museum Square is hold from 13th to 15th of September. Residents and visitors of the city will degust and purchase Russian regional products in their original form or in a form of sandwiches popular on the West at the Fair. As part of the event, the following top-products from the Russian regions will be presented:
  • jerked goose (Republic of Tatarstan)
  • chak-chak (Republic of Tatarstan)
  • pressed horse meat (Republic of Tatarstan)
  • dried and frozen wild berries (Republic of Tatarstan)
  • turkey (Republic of Bashkortostan)
  • honey (Republic of Bashkortostan)
  • sun-dried fish (Sakha (Yakutia) Republic)
  • venison (Sakha (Yakutia) Republic)
  • products from sea-buckthorn (Altai Territory)
  • guinea fowl (Kaluga Region)
  • unstrained cold-pressed sunflower oil (Krasnodar Territory)
  • Along with fairground rows, an outdoor café with Russian cuisine will be installed presenting both regional dishes unknown to the foreign attendance and already known national dishes (cabbage rolls, dumplings, vareniki, pancakes, kurniki and others). The program includes music performances.
    Taste of Russia in Holland Business Forum is hold on September 14 and will include the grand opening of the Fair involving high officials from Russia and the Netherlands, visiting the Fair, communication with the media and business part held in the building of the Conservatory at the Museum Square. The objective of the Forum is to present Russia on the international market as a country with favorable environmental conditions and agriculture that is effective for producing products meeting the international standards. Heads of European and Russian state authorities, retail business and food industry specialists, media representatives are invited to the Fair. They will discuss the prospects of cooperation between Russia and the Netherlands regarding supplying Russian regional products to the European market.
    The program of the business part of the Forum includes:
  • public speeches delivered by the representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Netherlands and the European Union
  • film presenting Russian regional products (with a focus set on the products presented at the Fair)
  • degustation of the regional products available at the Fair
  • concert
    The following personalities will share their views on the further opportunities for cooperation between the countries with the guests of the Forum:

Fair is open daily from 11:00 to 22:00. Work of the fair includes tastings of the Russian products and work of cafe. — The business forum «Taste of Russia in Holland» will take place on 14th September. The forum purpose is representation of Russia in the international market as the country with a favorable environment and efficient agriculture for production of world level products.

14 September
Day two of Exhibition Fair. Official visit to the Exhibition Fair.
